Return and Refund

We accept return requests within 7–8 days of delivery, only in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged.
- You received an incorrect product.
Change-of-mind returns or exchanges are not accepted. If you receive the correct product as ordered, it cannot be returned or exchanged simply because it does not suit your personal preference or you no longer want it.

For an approved return, you may choose either:
- Store credit: A voucher for the returned product’s value, which you can use towards a future purchase at Gadget Center.
- Monetary refund: A refund subject to a 20% deduction from the returned product’s value.
You must return the parcel to us first. We will begin processing your return or refund only after receiving your return shipment.
