Gadgets Center is committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. We partner with Pakistan’s leading logistics companies (including Leopards, TCS, Trax, and M&P) to ensure your gadgets reach you safely.
Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processing times, delivery rates, and procedures.
1. Order Processing Time
Order Verification: Once you place an order, specifically for Cash on Delivery (COD), our customer support team may contact you via WhatsApp or a Phone Call to confirm your address and order details. This helps us minimize fake orders and ensure accurate delivery. Verification usually takes place within 12-24 hours of placing the order.
Dispatch Time: After verification, we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays). You will receive an email or SMS notification once your parcel has been handed over to the courier service.
Please note that orders placed after 4:00 PM on Saturdays will typically be processed on the following Monday.
2. Shipping Rates
We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers. Our current shipping rates are as follows:
- Standard Shipping (Karachi): Rs. 150 (Flat Rate)
- Standard Shipping (Nationwide – Punjab, KPK, Balochistan): Rs. 200 – Rs. 250 (Depending on weight)
- Free Shipping: We offer FREE delivery on all orders above Rs. 3,500.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable in case of returns (unless the item is defective).
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location. While we try our best to ensure timely delivery, external factors like weather conditions, political strikes, or courier operational delays may affect these times.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking Number via Email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor your parcel’s journey on the respective courier company’s website (e.g., Trax.pk, Leopardscourier.com).
If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of order confirmation, please contact our support team at support@gadgetcenter.pk.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
We understand that trust is a major factor in online shopping in Pakistan, which is why we offer Cash on Delivery. However, please note the following:
- Please have the exact cash amount ready for the rider to avoid any delays.
- Open Parcel Policy: Currently, we do NOT offer an “Open Parcel before Payment” service. Most courier companies in Pakistan do not allow customers to open the package before handing over the cash. However, we offer a 14-day return policy to ensure you are safe if the product is not what you expected.
- Refusal of Delivery: If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed order at the doorstep without a valid reason, Gadgets Center reserves the right to blacklist the customer from future COD orders. Future orders from such customers may require advance payment via Bank Transfer.
6. Damages and Issues during Transit
While we pack every item with bubble wrap and sturdy boxes, damage can occur during transit. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged (crushed box, leaking fluids):
- Do NOT accept the parcel if it is severely damaged from the outside. Ask the rider to mark it as damaged and return it.
- If the damage is discovered after opening, please take photos/video immediately and contact us within 24 hours. We will file a claim with the courier service and dispatch a replacement to you.
7. Incomplete or Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate address (House No, Street, Area, City, and Nearest Landmark). Gadgets Center is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete address or incorrect phone number, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping charges again for re-dispatch.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners typically make 2 to 3 attempts to deliver a parcel. If you are not available at the address, they will call you. If there is no response after multiple attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
In such cases, your order will be cancelled. If you still wish to receive the items, you will need to place a new order.
9. International Shipping
Currently, Gadgets Center operates only within Pakistan. We do not ship internationally.
10. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the tracking number has been generated and the parcel has left our facility, we cannot cancel the order. You may, however, receive the order and then initiate a return process as per our Refund Policy.
