How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple! Browse our categories, select the gadget you like, and click “Add to Cart”. Once you are done shopping, go to your cart and click “Checkout”. Fill in your delivery details, select “Cash on Delivery” or “Bank Transfer”, and confirm your order.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can place an order as a Guest. However, we recommend creating an account so you can track your order history and save your address for faster checkout next time.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an automated email confirmation immediately. Additionally, for Cash on Delivery orders, our team might contact you via WhatsApp or Phone Call to verify your address before dispatching the parcel.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact us immediately on WhatsApp (+92 302 2959899) with your Order ID. Once the tracking number is generated, the order cannot be canceled.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
What are the delivery charges?
We charge a flat rate of Rs. 150 for Karachi and Rs. 200 – Rs. 250 for all other cities in Pakistan. We also offer FREE Delivery on orders above Rs. 3,500.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location:
- Karachi: 2-3 working days.
- Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 3-4 working days.
- Remote Areas: 4-6 working days.
Which courier service do you use?
We partner with reliable courier services including Leopards Courier, TCS, Trax, and M&P to ensure your parcel reaches you safely.
Can I open the parcel before payment (Open Box Delivery)?
Unfortunately, most courier companies in Pakistan do not allow customers to open the parcel before handing over the cash. However, we offer a 14-Day Return Policy. If you face any issue after opening the parcel, simply contact us and we will resolve it.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pay when you receive the parcel.
- Bank Transfer (Meezan Bank, HBL, etc.).
- JazzCash / Easypaisa.
Are your prices negotiable?
Our prices are fixed and non-negotiable. We already offer competitive pricing compared to the market. However, look out for our seasonal sales and discount codes!
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Don’t worry! Please take a picture or video of the damaged item and send it to our WhatsApp (+92 302 2959899) within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement for you.
How do I return a product?
Visit our Refund Policy page for detailed steps. Generally, you need to contact our support, pack the item securely, and send it to our Karachi address.
Do you offer refunds in cash?
For returned items, we process refunds via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa. We do not send cash via courier.

Are the pictures real?
Yes, we try our best to use original product photography or high-quality representations. What you see is 99% what you get. Slight color variations may occur due to screen brightness.
Do you have a physical shop I can visit?
Yes, we have an outlet at A63/7, Dehli Colony, Clifton, Karachi, Pakistan.. You are welcome to visit us during working hours (12 PM – 9 PM).
