  • Contact Data: includes billing address, delivery address, email address, and telephone numbers. This is crucial for Cash on Delivery (COD) verification.
  • Financial Data: includes bank account and payment card details (if you pay via online methods). Please note that for COD, we do not collect card details.
  • Transaction Data: includes details about payments to and from you and other details of products you have purchased from us.
  • Technical Data: includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.
  • Profile Data: includes your username and password, purchases or orders made by you, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses.
  • Usage Data: includes information about how you use our website, products, and services.
  • Marketing and Communications Data: includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties and your communication preferences.

  • Order Fulfillment: To process and deliver your order including managing payments, fees and charges, and collecting and recovering money owed to us. Since we operate heavily on Cash on Delivery (COD), your phone number and address are shared with our logistics partners (e.g., Leopards, TCS, Trax, Call Courier) solely for delivery purposes.
  • Relationship Management: To manage our relationship with you which will include notifying you about changes to our terms or privacy policy, and asking you to leave a review or take a survey.
  • Improvement: To use data analytics to improve our website, products/services, marketing, customer relationships and experiences.
  • Marketing: To make suggestions and recommendations to you about goods or services that may be of interest to you (only if you have opted in).

5. Disclosures of Your Personal Data

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. However, we may have to share your personal data with the parties set out below for the purposes set out in paragraph 4 above.

  • External Third Parties: Service providers acting as processors based in Pakistan who provide IT and system administration services.
  • Logistics Partners: Courier companies including but not limited to TCS, Leopards Courier, Trax, and M&P for the purpose of delivering your parcels.
  • Professional Advisers: Acting as processors or joint controllers including lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers based in Pakistan who provide consultancy, banking, legal, insurance and accounting services.

We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

6. Data Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. We use regular Malware Scanning. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
