Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. Here is how we handle returns.

At Gadgets Center, our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, or you may simply change your mind. That is why we offer a comprehensive 14-Day Return & Exchange Policy to give you peace of mind.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to understand our return process, eligibility criteria, and refund methods.


1. Eligibility for Returns (The 14-Day Window)

Our policy lasts for 14 days from the date your order is delivered. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase arrived at your doorstep, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all seals, tags, and protective films intact.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID or Invoice).
  • Any free gifts or accessories included with the product must also be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, primarily due to hygiene and safety reasons. Given that we sell personal care and baby products, we strictly adhere to these exceptions:

  • Personal Care Items: Items such as Exfoliating Body Gloves, Razors, Shavers, Epilators, and Toothbrushes cannot be returned once the package is opened.
  • Mother & Baby Care: Baby Feeders, Nipples, Pacifiers, and Teethers are non-returnable for health safety reasons unless they are defective upon arrival.
  • Hazardous Materials: We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (e.g., Lighter fluid refills).
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed through Gadgets Center directly.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packing your orders, but accidents can happen during shipping. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery).

Procedure for Damaged Items:

  1. Take clear photos or a video of the damaged product and the packaging.
  2. Send the evidence to our WhatsApp number +92 302 2959899 or email us at support@gadgetcenter.pk along with your Order ID.
  3. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement to be sent to you free of cost. You do not need to pay shipping for defective items.

4. Change of Mind Returns

If you have simply changed your mind and the product is in perfect, resellable condition, you may return it. However, in this case:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs paid on the original order are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if we arrange the pickup).

5. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at support@gadgetcenter.pk or WhatsApp us with your Order ID and the reason for the return.

Step 2: Approval
Our support team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with the Return Address (Karachi Hub).

Step 3: Packing
Pack the item securely in its original box. Ensure it is safe for travel to avoid damage during transit.

Step 4: Shipment
Dispatch the parcel using any traceable courier service (TCS, Leopards, M&P, etc.) and share the tracking number with us.

6. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email or WhatsApp message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed. Since most of our orders are Cash on Delivery (COD), we offer refunds via:

  • Bank Transfer
  • JazzCash
  • Easypaisa

Please allow 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account after we initiate the transfer.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or mobile wallet statement again. Next, contact your bank/service provider. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.

If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@gadgetcenter.pk.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item (e.g., different color of the same bottle), send us an email. Note that for exchanges due to color preference, the customer bears the shipping cost for both sides.

9. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items marked as “Clearance” or “Final Sale” cannot be refunded unless they are defective.
